I purchased this component on late 2008, by primeval 2009 navigator had to change it. By primeval 2010 it depart completely not before I hit paying a subscription to reciprocation lynks and purchase a newborn OEM charging telegram direct from Magellan. The package went to their returns division and corporate office and were returned to me twice unopened. How you same that for customer care? I downloaded the Motion X app to my iPhone 3g and I am happier than with a standard gps organisation and it was exclusive $30 with unceasing updates. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS UNIT!!!
